CNC Wood Cutting
We have two CNC 3 Axis wood routers. A single bed Pacer and a twin bed AXYZ. Both machines have high volume capability and can cut up to 36mm and regularly cut various Plywoods, MDF, OSB and Chipboard.
Industrial 2nd Ops Machinery
Our industrial machinery includes heavy duty hand tools such as Routers, but also high volume Radial Saw and Table Saws as well as Pillar Drills, T-Nut machinery and similar.
Frame Assembly
Our manufacturing processes are carefully designed to ensure our frame assembly is accurate and repeatable as well as efficient. We are not trying to be craft frame makers, ours is a volume process and we design the framework to suit to ensure the best possible value.
Foam Preparation
While we have high volume adhesive and foam assembly processes in our Production Facility, we recognise that most of our frames require a larger foaming process which has different requirements.
We create the finished foamed frames as part of our woodworking and frame process so ensure the most effective process possible.
